Well at the feild today with the 500 and thought I would tri some of the sim work I have bin tryin out at home, after some miner adjustments I'n the pitch and a nice v curve I'n the throttle ( well more like a flat U ) off I went. Put her up high and that was it held the invert for a second or two then uprighted and had anuther go what a felling so I done invert So now to tri some fast rolls and loops loved it put the 500 up again with more invert and rolls after the 3rd batt I called it aday not wanting to push my luck... Cool first time achievement's are just so satisfying. You wont be able to stop yourself going inverted, flipping and rolling now

        Congrats mate!

Got my blade 400 inverted for the first time a couple of weeks ago. What a feeling! Just don't get too over confident and slam it into a tree like I did!!! At least a blade 400 is pretty cheap to fix up. Wouldn't want to think what that would've cost with a trex 500!!!

        Keep it up mate!

        Matt.

the funny thing is i have always said im not interested in this style of flyin as wanted to do scale and also i skipped alot of the training for the basics of heli flying i.e side on nose in .i just mastered hovering then went stright in to forward flight folowed by some curcuits.ok my flyin is not that nice to watch on many standards but im up in the air for a good 4min 30 sec per lipo and have had members at the club coment on my flying ( nice to see a heli beigh flown not just hovered and its up in the sky to ) it makes me feel good. i must say though im going to have a break soon as i am gettin a little bored now.. nah just do more 3d on the sim and get it goin with the 500

Well done. I tested out my rebuilt Trex 600E. I also did my FIRST Inverted controlled hover 15ft high, Inverted forward flight and Piro along with Loops, Piro stall turns, flips, rolls and my very FIRST Throttle hold followed by 2 or 3 not to good but finishing up with a spot on final one. Great days flying, Can't wait for tomorrow to try again a little lower.
