  • First ever solo flight with ic heli

    HEY LADS!

Today was a great day, was over the scrubs haveing a nice day flying with me and my uncle (keithjan) Who was setting up a raptor 30 and i was standing next to him at the time, He then landed and handed me the transmitter :P I at first refused because i have only ever flown nitro on a buddy lead and never before solo, But i then decided to give it a shot, I held the heli in a hover for a few minutes and it felt as sold as rock, i kept it about 5-6 ft off the ground and it was a great feeling, and a moment that is going to encourage me to progress furthur into the hobby

Thanks a tone to Keith For Letting me have a go Cheers M8

    Thanks for reading lads
    John

Well done John! I guess you'll be wanting a nitro heli before too long.

you should! big nitros are always more stable anyway because of their size and weight! i remember flying my nexus 30 a long time ago with ease... but i can't even do forward flight on my trex 450 pro now!
