i have a trex 500 and have been trying to get my swash as level as poss with the aid of a leveling tool, i have all the linkages the same length measured with a vernier but still i cant get all three points to stay level when its moving up and down the shaft, i have been adjusting the sub trims but to no avail so im baffeled, does anyone have any ideas what i could be doing wrong? cheers, Loz

OK this tells me your servos are not all travelling the same amount, giving you interactions. If it's level in the middle, but not at the top and bottom (max and min pitch), use the EPA of each cyclic servo so that they each move the same and stay level in the pitch range.
That is assuming it is regular CCPM, and not FBL or using a cyclock etc.
Forgetting about links, subtrim should only be used to make sure the servos are at 90. Get them at 90, THEN add the links. The push pull links should be the same length - don't use subtrim to adjust the geometry.
