Retract problem

Hi all, got a retract problem they keep collapsing only the rear two no matter how much adjustment i make to them? Dose any1 know the reason for this i've checked to see if there's damage and can't see of any?The last thing i want to do is buy a new set if there's anything i've missed or doing wrong...
