No wind tonight in Halesowen so thought I'd have a go at flying that bl##dy evo180se I crash and break every time it leaves the ground..... and 2 packs later 1 pack just hovering the other doing tail in rectangles no damage.... nada..... eureka!!!
What did I do different? not try to fly it like my msr more like I'm going to have to when I get the TT finished.
Overall opinion now - it's not so bad no pendulum effect quite stable not typical Walkera! Flybarless system seems to work well it feels very different to msr's or 120sr's. You can probably tell I'm warming to it.
The tail boom support mod I've done (replacing the 6mm too short cf tubes with correct length cf rods) works well the tail feels much more rigid and stable.
Good stuff, even better, going to Black country models tomoz to pick up the bits I need to finish the TT off hope to get it in the air next week - I'm excited :-)
