  • Flying My Twister V2

    Hi All,

Well advances have been made. No longer am I hopping and hoping, nor getting a foot off the ground and plummeting back to the ground.

I am not leaving the ground

I'm following Rads School of Flight and so far, proven to be very very useful and has shown me these little beauties not alot of respect and concentration.

I'm thinking I may document the learning curve via Video?

    Cheers

    Jamie

    Oh My God.

I just took it ouside, as per Rads "Battery 10" instructions. I can now take off. I can now (Sort of) hover for a few seconds. I can then land it.

OH MY ****!!!! I am so happy. I have never had that kind of control!

I have never used a whole battery properly like that before with it in the air and everything! I am so glad I decided to give it another bash as obviously I had given up before.

Thanks to all the guys here too that have helped so far. Wow!

Congratulations and welcome to a very addictive hobby!

I started with this heli and got to similar level as you're at with huge difficulty, and nearly gave up. iMO it's not the best heli to learn with and since progressing (not very quickly!) I got a blade 120 and a trex 450. What a difference, start saving and treat yourself.......you know you want to!
            Good luck
