  • got a Robbins 22 today but...

The biggest problems is that it wants to fly backwards all the time. I have pushed the trim all the way forward but it still wants to go backward

this is the 1st heli I have flown so it could be me. Does it need setting up in some way?

Is there a club near Gillingham, Kent I can go and learn from someone?

Thanks for any help you can give.

I'm not familiar with the heli but try moving the battery forward to make it nose heavy. Do it a bit at a time so you don't surprise yourself

Have you got the battery fully forward, If you have then with the helicopter tail facing you the left hand control arm is the elevator, You need to pop the ball link off and unscrew the link a couple of turns pop it back on and then see what its like, Remember to centre the elevator trim b4 making the adjustments so once its right your trim is central, You only need to do this if your battery is fully pushed in
