  • Raptor E-550 any good for a newbie?

    Hi all..iv found a local shop selling these all set up and ready to fly for £160. not sure if i need to get a tx with it..going to find out more 2mora. But would you say this is too much for a beginner? Im going to invent in Pheonix sim also.

    If its all up ready to fly buy all of em regardless better still give me the address and i'll get them. Would make a killin on ebay lmao That is less than the price of the kit alone let alone all the electrics someones made a huge mistake

      im going to go to my local model shop in bingley tomorrow and find out about local clubs in the area..

      If only i had that £200 it would be in your pocket and i would be flying around..

      Also steve whats the low down with Twister CP V2's? crap?

        Hi Adam sorry to break the bad news it will be airfram only and the price of the electrics is going to kill you the batteries 150 to 200 quid maybe more although i stand to be corrected lol. And i'll let someone else tell you about the twister never owned one so cant say

                Got one sitting in the kitchen , 550 that is . Kit was 200 quids , esc was 75 , ripper electric motor 80 quid and a batt comes in at 210 fot a thunder power 5000mah 6s then radio and giro on top puts it well up , not cheap when you add it all .

                Then you need a charger and balancing thingame jigger god help me
