  • Is this a good option?

Basically at the moment I have a HBFP v2 and a 1/2 done HK450 (still waiting for parts).

But I will be needing a TX/RX, so I was thinking of buying a 2801pro+rx, and a cb100 (want a indoor small helicopter for poor weather).

Will the 2801 be ok with the 450?

    Thanks

P.s. If anyone has a good site that does a CB100+2801 Combo I would very much appreciate it.

It is a surprisingly well made radio, I got one along with a 4F200 recently. Not a huge range of options in the programming, but it is adequate for most basic needs.

However, I'd still strongly reccomend the standard suggestion of a DX6i, it may be more expensive, but the customer support from Horizon is excellent and it will work with a wide range of BNF models from EFlite as well.

The 2801 Pro will only work with other Walkera models, plenty of them of course if they have what you are looking for.

I just love the fact I can buy cheap BNF walkeras.

The 2801 is actually working out more expensive than a DX6i though :S
