Hi Rich Transmiter goes on budjet get the best you can afford. Buy once buy rite! Would help if you join a local club some prefer futaba some jr. It will make a difference when it comes to setting up your pride and joy. Or go cheep on something like futaba exh or jr 2610 just for the sim and buy decent for your flying heli. If you use same tx for both you'll wear out the pots intx quicker! Just a thought if you get jr for Phoenx you wont need an adaptor...

you will probably need to buy a charger! dont usually come with one. But its jr anyways.

Thanks for the advice. i probs should of waited till i joined a club but im just can't wait. i've just bouth the sim you advised and i wanted a TX to use it. i thought i'd buy the best one now the it one thing less too buy towards my heli. Both on there way not so can smash the Heli on the sim as many times as i want but it wont cost a penny lol.
