  • Tracking question

Is it better to bring the lower blade up or the higher blade down when adjusting tracking or does it not matter which way.
In case I forget to thank anyone Thanks In advance

Use one blade, set this to O with your pitch gauge and mark the blade grip with a spot of tipex. Hover, establish that the tracking is out and only adjust the unmarked one either up or down, this way you know that your adjusting the one that is out. Adjust until the tracking is spot on. Don't use only the main link from the mixing arm to the blade but also use the long link from the swash to the mixing arm to fine tune if you need half a turn. I also mark the blade with a spot of tipex so I don't get them mixed up if I need to dis-assemble

Which ever way shortening the link does, that way your not loosing any thread inside your links, if that makes any sense lol. Although i dont suppose it really matters if its just a turn or two
