  • 450 tail prob

When I've been spooling up the 450 recently I've noticed the tail vibrates up and down when I start spooling up but stops vibrating as the head gets faster. Is this normal if not any ideas to what it could be?
In case I forget to thank anyone Thanks In advance

Not wanting to sound stupid but,Do you mean up the throttle curve?
I have it set as per manual at 0,40,65,85,100 What do you suggest to change it to?
In case I forget to thank anyone Thanks In advance

^^ or you may have tighten the rotor blades too firmly - just undo the screw less that a 1/4 turn and you may find all that shaking gone.

Your throttle curve is OK; may be you could increase 40 to 60 and 65 to75

        Cheers

If it's only occurring as you're spooling up it's not a problem. Maybe it's being exacerbated by ground resonance; maybe try pulling your blades out straighter before starting?
