  • d/r&expo settings

    Can someone tell me if the d/r&expo and the travel adj settings will affect the setup up of the head,If it does affect it can someone give me the correct settings.Been using a cheapo tx up until two days ago Now have dx6i.
    Also what should the screw on top of the gyro be set at.Its a gt400 that came with the flasher 450.

    They will not affect the setup of the head but using them can affect whichever control surface you select. So if you set aileron to 50% you will only get half the movement. I would suggest leaving them as they are at 100% until you think you need them. Expo softens the feel of the control around centre stick making the reaction no-linear. Some people use it some don't, all depends upon how you like it. By the screw do you mean the gain or does it have a limit pot too, have you got the instructions?

        im sure that the screw you are talking about is the adjustment for the rudder servo, what i did, was put your rudder at full left stick and keep turning that screw down until you get no binding from the servo, then change to the right just to check all is well
