Hi,does anyone know of any websites where i can read up on the correct storage, charging, handling of lipo's?If possible I would like an idiots guide to batteries,I dont normally consider myself an idiot but I've tried and cant get my head around some of the stuff I've read.I dont have a garage To keep my helis in and heard that lipo's can catch fire so i'm trying to make sure I dont burn the house down, the wife would go mental.
In case I forget to thank anyone Thanks In advance

I don't have any specific sites but just do a search on here or helifreak about lipo safety and I am sure something will crop up.

As a general safety rule, never leave a lipo charging if your not about and use a lipo bag, store lipos at half charge if not using them for over 1 week, never use a damaged lipo put in a bucket of water with salt (think it's salt).

With chargers it all depends or were your going with heli size and how quickly you want to charge you batts.

I have a turnigy 6 cell charger which does me fine charging my 3/6 cell batts at 1c, but if you go for a 12 cell monster heli then you will use 2 6 cell batts everyflight then you might want to go for one of the better chargers were you can charge 2 x6 cell batts at once (I think)
