I am finding it more difficult than I imagined to learn to fly my Blade SR.
I've crashed, replaced blades, feathering shafts and a servo (good practice, I feel more confident about working with the heli now).
I seem unable to effectively control it in low hovers. (that's as far as I have progressed), even though it responds to stick inputs.
I have successfully hovered a couple of feet off the ground for up to thirty seconds, but find it difficult to achieve this consistently, the heli will regularly move off left, right, forward or backward before I gain control.
Going to purchase Pheonix in August ( birthday), money is tight.
As far as I can see the heli is set up correctly, so I guess it must be my inexperience that is causing the problems.
Are my experiences to date part of the long learning curve, after successfully coping with an indoor co-ax?
Guess I just need some encouragement.
