Throttle jockey

Hi,
I'm fitting a gov to my heli using a DX7 I wil be using the AUX2 to control it at the moment,
my thottle is reversed in the servo reversing do I also have to reverse the AUX2 in the servo reversing to match the throttle

No, they work separately.
Just set each side of the Aux2 switch to the percentage value you need to achieve your desired headspeed. You can have two different headspeeds, or one speed and an off position.
