That's like saying how long is a piece of string... A 450 could do a lot of damage in the wrong hands. In my early days, I flew a 500 in a too-small area, and had a lucky escape. I won't go into the details here.
Personally, I wouldn't fly anything bigger than an mSR in a park, anything bigger, I'd go to my club field.

Basically if you dont have permission (Preferably in writing) from the park owner and relevant insurance then the answer is none.
As far as I know most of the model flying insurances stipulate you must have permission to fly.ONE Eddie Gold Star!

We fly 700's in our local patch, but we only fly 1 at a time,,,, the others act as spotters as kids and dog walker's have been known to instantly appear from nowhere !!!- Most of the flyers that meet at regularly also stick to the flying field's "unofficial rule",,, maximum of 3 models below 700 size in the air at any time,,, works for us and keeps the crash rate low

Some "playing fields" and the like allow the flying of electric aircraft but I've never known one that allows nitros, (although I'm sure that some do)
Hence, if your next heli is to be a 700, then go join a club.
