    and i have switched the governer mode on what is it for???

    Governor mode will try to keep the head speed constant. When you add more pitch to the blades it will increase the power to the motor to compensate for the extra drag on the rotor system and visa-versa. It is a good thing. I run govs on all my helis now.

        I don't run gov mode on my electric heli (450).. As i had an Align esc and apparently they are quite pants running governed, but since then i have changed it to a scorpion and kept the gov off (just to keep a similar setup).. I'm sure someone could advise whether your esc is any good running goverened.. Or try it for yourself on both modes and see what you prefer..
