    hi


    i have flybar weight that i dont know what theyre for so i just put them on next to the seesaw on both sides.

    and also my esc get a little warm after 30 seconds is that normal?

    Flybar weights as I understand it are used to calm down cyclic controls.
    The nearer to the paddles the calmer the heli becomes, so if they're close to the flybar cadge thats the most lively you can make it.

      Put the weights as close to the paddles as you can. This will not only calm the heli a fair bit, which is good for a beginner, it stops a horrible imbalance happening if you have one slip down to the paddle and one stay gripped at the cage.

        The heavier the paddles the more they damp down the cyclic response. With fly bar weights you can fine tune the feel by their position. Start with them out by the paddles and see how you go. If it's too slow to respond them move them in a bit toward the head. When you have them all the way in, it's time to take them off.
