You need to get an equal throw on your swash with 0° at 50% throttle stick. You probably wont need +-15°, but you can dial that out later. If your swash is binding, you can dial this out in the mixing menu of whatever radio you are using. I think this answers your question, but not too sure as your post is a little unclear.

your swash should not touch at the top or bottom of its throw, you should get it as close as you can without it touching.

Having a gap at the top and bottom isn't technically a problem as long as this gives you enough pitch to do what you want to do...

What you are looking to avoid happening is the washout (slidey thing) coming off the bottom of the washout guide at bottom collective. I know Finless' video states that the washout should be as far up as possible, but it's not necessary. The points to watch are: all arms horizontal/ level at 0 degrees collective/ 50% pitch curve; max and min (around +/-10 degrees collective) pitch without binding or falling off the washout guide (adjust using swash mix pitch value)

well u can adjust the swash travel on the tx by making the pitch minus over 100 ... By finless bob adjusts the linkeges in the video. If i adjust the linkege it will effect the swash so it wont be level or maybe it will be too high ..i mean the swash

Use a straight line pitch curve and set your swash level at mid stick, change your link lengths etc to do this. Make sure the swash is in the middle of the available room you have. Put the head back on then using your swash mix adjust the max amount of pitch you want at full stick and bottom stick. I don't know how much pitch you want. Make sure that when you put cyclic pitch in at max and min collective you don't have any binding, if you do back the pitch and or elevator and aileron off in the swash mix.

These are two different things. The swash travel (swash mix pitch) will set your available pitch range. Adjusting the swash to servo links changes the position of the swash on the mast, and as the swash is connected to the washout via fixed-length links, sets the position of the washout on the washout guide.

You can hack one and get the other, but if you don't know what you're doing you'll likely end up more confused.
