First flight help

well i have got a trek 450 pro and up to now have been to scared to give it a go.
I have purchased Phoenix and have been trying it out for a few nights now but need some tips, anyone willing to jump in a multiplayer and give me a few hints and tips?

I cant get on pheonix tonight, but i will suggest (on pheonix) to use a 90 size like the trex 700 to learn the basics as its alot more stable than a 450 say.
