What size??

Hi chaps, I'm new to all this and was wondering what people mean by say a "450" size model or a "600". Can anyone help me as I haven't got a clue about this. I buy lots of different mags but doesn't help the beginner. I have just bought a Twister CP gold but have no idea what size it is in relation to numbers.

These are Mart61's, smallest is trex 250 which will have 205mm blades, next up is a trex 450 that has 325mm blades, his trex 500 will have about 425mm blades. His largest is a Trex 600 which takes around 600mm blades this is also know as a 50 size and a trex 700 which swings 700mm blades is also know as a 90 size

It's a bit smaller than a 450. The numbers you hear about are from the Align range of helis and start at 250 increasing to 450,500,600 and 700. The other manufacturers use the engine size to denote size and this starts at 30 size through to 50 and then 90. There are a few sizes inbetween but these are the most common.
