  • Twister Storm 3d - Flybar paddle help

    Hi in normal mode at 0 throttle and mid throttle, swash level should the paddles be at 0 pitch as i have had to change the flybar, also do the paddle pitch change throughout throttle range or is that just main rotors that change pitch.

    Your paddles should always be centred/parallel on your flybar cage at all points of travel.

        When the flybar cage is level there will be zero pith on the paddles. The pitch of the flybar cage and the paddles will always be the same because the paddles are set parallel to the flybar cage.

        Check out any of the Finless Bob build videos, althought they are mainly for Trex models the principle is the same. Pictures speak louder than words.

          If this is still not quite clear to you, see the attached Blade 400 manual at page 39. I believe the Storm is very similar.
