    Lipo batteries and chargers

    I have been using 6S lipos on my trex 500 and have no trouble setting my charger to Balance 6S.
    Now I have just completed a Trex 600 ESP and will probably buy a couple of Lipos for it which are rated 6S 1P. My charger doesn't offer this type. Is it ok to just set it as for the 500 lipos.?
    Any advice greatly received.

    They are the same as your 500 packs just a different capacity. The 600 and 500 both usually use 6s1p packs.

      It's the same thing.

      6s is 6 cells in series.

      6s1p is the same thing - six cells in series with only one parellel cell per cell in series (if you get me)

      6s2p would be six in series giving the voltage and another 6 cells in parallel to give capacity. 12 cells in all.
