  • Next Heli?

    Pocket money burning a hole!

Don't really need another heli as I am still enjoying the Honeybees but am tempted by the SJM 400 II and the Spectrum DX6 system. Would they go together? Any existing owners out there able to comment?

I have an SJM400 v1 that I am thinking of selling. At the moment it is fully kitted up and ready to fly. (i have been hovering it in my sports hall)

But i might want to take the Berg reciever and Futaba Gyro out of it because i can use them in a bigger heli! But the SJM would come with motor, speed control, servos.

    Interested?

Thanks for the offer but no thanks I would prefer to build a new kit. Why are you selling? did you have problems with this Heli?

I can recommend the Spektrum radio,,

I have a DX7 and love it,possibly worth the extra cost as its more future proof

Dx6 is cool for micro stuff though,,but im not sure how programming friendly it is

No, no problems (well apart from my piloting!)

Headspeed is a bit high for practicing in my gym - I dont want to damage anything if i crash so i am going to stick to my little slow old Piccolo FP for now and maybe get something like a Swift or Trex 600 for the summer.
