my solution..

dont have a wife/girlfriend. :-)

no moaning, no whining no rolling eyes.

no sleeping on the sofa when you roll in at 11pm on a saturday/sunday because you flew until dark then went for a pint....

no being sceamed at because the heli dripped oil on the carpet :-)

its not like you get regular sex out of them after the first year anyway!

Actually I did see a pic somewhere of a guy in bed with his heli but I don't know if it was Ade cos I don't know what he looks like but I'm pretty sure the heli was'nt a Knight so maybe he was just slumming

My wife is unbelievably understanding. When a packet arrives she rings me at work to tell me. She doesn't complain about what I spend & I only get the occasional frown when I go off flying.
But she'a always been like that with my M/bikes, boats, Hi=Fi etc etc

My wife moans that I spen too much time in the heli shed, or on the computer looking at a helicopter website, so to get on my wick, she sticks our 18 month old son in the shed with me - little junior can't keep his hands of anything, so I spend most of my time just saying, "no, hands off!", and not getting very much done.
