  • hello to all can u help me pretty please

    Hi i'm new to helis as in i have never had one or flown one but i really really want one 1 ideally it should be able to fly indoors but mostly outdoors in calmish british weather now the problem is i only have a budjet of approx £200 do any of you have any tips on what i should buy and what not to buy

    do you have any radio gear?
    as with a budget of £200 you really are limited to the cheap electric helis which generally dont fly outside.

    something likethe twister bell 47 counter rotating heli would be a very good heli to start with indoor only though (although on days with no wind it can be flown outside

          You could go the ebay/bmfa route and get a second hand setup 300 should see you in the air with a nitro version of something.

            or to wet you appitite go for the twister bell 47 and then buy a simulator total for the two would be around £200-£220

              There isnt realy a ideal heli that good indoors and good outdoors,
              The best place to start would be the twister medevac around 100 quid all you need to get going indoors
              Then spend another 80 quid on Phoenix Rc its the best flight sim at the moment and will help you a lot with your little electric heli and to decide if a bigger out model is what you realy want

                i am new to this and i got a mini pred for 200 quid ,needed a bit of setting up at first but now it flys fine century uk do em for 199.99 including tx lipo and training gear regards martyn
