Probably some poor unsuspecting person who thinks they can actually use what's being sold as an r/c simulator. The guy selling this has clearly written 'no returns' because anyone buying it will probably want to return it as soon as they realise that it's worthless. Very cheeky I reckon.

Best thing to do here is log into EBAY if you have a account and report the person selling the sim as it's unfair for someone to end up with that and not have the USB cable.
