the difference

hi all,
today was the day i flew my mini pred (like a walkera 60) with the box standard tx, hovers ok, lands hard, then i flew the same heli different tx (jr x3810 ),wow the difference is something else. i have only been flyin helis for about 2 months
and as some on this site will know i have had some bad helis but i can at least fly this little thing, well hover at least and a bit of side on, something i would not attemp on the standard tranny so the next stage is to have a go with my trex i know this heli is a class apart from my mini pred but i now have convidece to fly the trex as it did cost quite a bit more so i am going to program my jr to fly the trex and see what i have been missing thanks all for your kind responses to my other threads and watch this space best wishes.

Funny you should say that Martyn - I was just looking at my Futaba 9CH tx yesterday thinking on how much easier it had made my flying with its features. Glad you're getting some stick time in now - get a TREX kit - doing the build is really enjoyable and teaches you heaps about the heli. If you get into lipos get advice before laying out money for chargers / balancers - easy to waste money here.
