          Hello,

Ok first could you provide a little more information please like what type of heli is it, what radio your using etc because it will help find the issue.

If your headspeed is good, then the only thing that can stop it lifting off is the amount of pitch/angle of the main blades. With Throotle hold on if you have one and if not the DISCONECT! 2 of the motor wires to the esc and raise the throttle and see how much pitch is on the blades at full throttle.

I said to you yesterday we are all more than willing to help newbies out as we were newbies once aswell it's just if your wanting people to help you out then you need to elaborate more, put more details into your questions etc...

P.s it's probably spinning cos these helis don't have gyros and really are just toys.

First thing I'd say is don't listen to the instructions that come with this heli,I mean just look here,Apperently it flies over 100 m high which to my calculations is 300 feet but then it says the range is only 60m so clearly contradicting itself.

                        Feature:
Full function 3 channel radio control (Left /Right, Forward/Backward, Hover, and Lands)
                        Real life helicopter styling
                        3 channel digital proportional control
                        Flies over 100m high
                        2 powerful N50 main motors + N20 tail motor
Newly designed super strong crashworthy propeller
                        Altitude and rotor speed control
                        Flight stabilizing system
                        Super lightweight airframe
                        Brake for easy landing
Up to 60m (200 ft) radio control range
Ready To Fly, Easy To Fly
Complete Kit, Ready to Fly (Everything is included and 100% assembled -- only required 4 AA batteries for the radio transmitter to start flying)

                          Barmby,

TBH it probably is a pile of c**p fro that price.

                          A decent co-axial is around £100.

If it spins it's probably because the two motors are not spinning at the correct speeds to counteract each other. What you can do about that I don't know on that model, but poke around and see if there is a gyro adjustment & try that one way or the other.

If it doesn't lift then it could be a knackered lipo, motors or something binding.

I doubt you'll find out what's wrong on your own. My suggestion is send it back & get a refund. Save up for something a bit more capable. A Blade Cx, Medivac or similar. If you can afford one the Msr is a great little heli that many people have got on here & they can help you with.

Sorry to pour cold water on your heli, but I do hope you find something else to enjoy flying.
