Phoenix is the famous one. It doesn't come with a tx however if you are going to get a raptor in the future, you might as well get a dx6i now to say the least. It works with the phoenix. Just plug and play. Phoenix is in the region of 80 quid. As for dx6i, you've just missed one. Just watch out in the sale's region.

No matter how hard you look, a new Phoenix ver 2.5 with lead is around £80. A new DX6i tx/rx bundle is about £130.

In case you don't know. You can get any phoenix on ebay as long as they come with the usb and the cd installer. The important bit is the usb device. Without it, even if you've got phoenix installed, you still can't play.
Anyhow just report back if you have any problem.

All joking aside, I've tried FMS and Helisimrc. Even tried getting copies of Aerofly, Clearview and Realflight G5. However you require a dongle to get the commercial ones working which you can get via eBay but it costs as much as Phoenix to purchase it so you might aswell get a legit version of what is regarded by those on this forum (and others aswell) as the best heli sim on the market.
