    Seriously tempted.

Seen a 600, full 6 pack & uprated motor fly. Sounded bloody georgious, absolutely the dogs lickies, when I can do it justice, that is my next heli.

    Dribbling thinking about it

The thing with turning is getting used to it a step at a time. The first step is as has been mentioned before, start moving the heli left and right tail in first, then start turning it on the rudder at each end so the model flies past you side on.

Once you have practiced this a few times and are happy with it, the next step is to start adding a little cyclic in the direction you want to go, so right cyclic for right hand turns and so forth. You will need to remember that when you add the left or right cyclic, you will also need a little back elevator to keep the model's nose up as it has a tendancy to drop its nose a little in turns.

The other thing to remember is to always turn the model away from you, so when flying the model left to right across you, turn left and for right to left flight turn right, this way you are not ending up looking at the model nose in if it goes a bit wrong. This is also the basis of a figure 8.

      Cheers,
      Pete.
