If you want a good tx for your sim and future raptor id look at the futaba ff7 or if you can stretch to it the futaba ff9
I had the ff9 and now have the ff9 super there are realy good tx,s and easy to program
So dig deep buy right and buy once

Be a little bit carefull when choosing a JR radio from eBay of BMFA, it needs to have originally come from MacGregors in the UK, if you buy an import then they will not touch it if it goes wrong.

Thanks guys, thomas how much do u think that 1 will go for and is it worth it?

Also, will the sim teach me how to use it, it looks so complicated.

Also anyone know any clubs i could tag along to, i live in glasgow, scotland.

The 9X was my first radio, had no idea what the switches did and as for the menus, I didn't even go there , after a while it all sort of makes sence.

I bought my 9X2 for £250 second hand from the BMFA classifieds, even the 9X (there are one of two subtle upgraqdes with the 9X2) fetch over £200 on eBay, they are a very good radio.
