      welcome to the forum mate
      1. align is probably the best to build for begineers, best manuals and easy to assemble, the difficult bit will be setting up all the servos and rest of the electrics, and this is where you will need some help from someone with experience, not saying you couldn't do it, just that i know i struggled with the first one but had a local hobby shop to help
      2. celpro 10 is the best but a big investment if you are not planning to go to bigger electrics, i would buy a cheeper 4S for now as you might go nitro

if you go 4s get the multi coz its only a little bit more nd can charge all sorts of battery for example a starter battery if you went nitro as well as lipo's and all other kinds

              Welcome to the board.

So what's your budget for the items you seek?
              Martin

Most of the Aligns, fair few Spektrum bits, bunch of Align & HiTec servos, OBE, VD & Bar.

Welcome to this forum - it seems you're already hooked.

Re - your choice of model - if budget is tight then it may be useful to try indoor heli first such as Eflite mCX. But if you're considering Tex 450 then go for Trex 450 Pro - I think it is the best ATM in that class.

                Cheers

and said it would charge all lipos

                  any good?

also advised that i start with a cypher 400 instead of a trex 450 se

well after much reading of boards around the net it seems the advise is to go as big as you can afford for stabillity ie the trex 500 well its within my budget not sure about the battreys lol anyhow how does it fly in real life compared to in phoenix

and being bigger lipos i would also need a better charger correct?

                      Yep.

I think you need 5 or 6 cell batterys for a trex500 so you will need a charger capable of charging 6 cells.

Please do buy a good quality charger as I have damaged packs using a cheap ebay charger!!

The biggest extra expense of the 500 over the 450 is the extra battery cost, but it will be a bit more stable than a 450.

You can get batterys from ebay which are much cheaper than those avalable from UK shops. The 3cell packs im using work very well (for my level of flying anyway) so you can save money that way when learning.
