  • Question re thunder tiger raptor v2

    Hi all
This is my first post and its going to amuse you.

Many moons ago I bought a heli, nearly finished building it and then lost interest. A few weeks ago I got my mojo back and thought I'll finish it! Now I had it in my head (and I don't know why!) that it was a nexus.

So I bought a few parts for a nexus to now discover its a thunder tiger...... I have no idea how I hadn't noticed that it says thunder tiger on it!
Anyway my quandry is that I have a os 32 heli engine but the manual is saying I need a 39 size. can I get away with the 32??????

Thanks and feel free to call me a berk!

    yeh OS32 is fine
Thunder Tiger do a 39 size engine that goes in there but the OS is better. OS now make a 37 size engine... the 32 was the older model but meant for the same application. You'll get good run times from the 32

      BERK

As Lee said, an OS32 is fine, that's what everyone used before the larger 30's became available.

Why does it always persist down at weekends ?

          Hey berk... lol

Everyone makes mistakes mate, so no worries.

Have a look at this site, it will answer almost any question you may have if you read through the setups etc.. And then if you have questions you want to ask here they wont seem so dumb.
