newbie with a blade 400

i have bee flying the hyrobo lama and esky v2 now on and off for 3 years now and recently got a blade 400, i can keep in a hover and fly tail in and some basic manouvers but i now feel i want to progress.
i live near bury st edmunds and i am looking for someone that has experience that will teach via a budy box.

is there anyone willing to teach or knows of a club in the area.
