  • Newbie Wannabe Pilot.

    Good Afternoon Everyone.

I'm new to the RC Heli scene. I've got the Blade MCX and the Buzz Fly CX, which are both good fun and i'm totally hooked . I decided to move onto something more challenging, and after much reading and consideration I bought a Neon Blaze and a Phoenix Simulator. I've been getting plenty of practice on the Sim, and that's as far as it goes at the moment as i've broken my shoulder in a mountain bike accident .... ooooops !!!.
I live in Dover and was wondering if there are any clubs and/or designated flying fields around the area that I could pop along to and introduce myself please ??
    Cheers
    Jim.

    Hi Jim.

Welcome to the forum. To answer your question about clubs, the best place to look is on the BMFA site. British Model Flying Association - the body responsible for model flying in the UK and take a look at the club section. All of the BMFA affilitated clubs are listed there. Hope this helps. All the best.

    Chris.

Welcome aboard and I hope that shoulder heals quickly. Good luck with the club hunt too. Chris has pointed you in the right direction.
