  • mini t flybar

Finally got my mini t in the air after purchasing one from ebay 2 months ago, got about 6 inches off ground and it starts to ocsillate pretty badly, took it back indoors, feathering shaft ok, main shaft looks ok, although havn't fully removed it, but I have a slightly bent flybar! must have come bent when i bought it. Just wondering whether this would make my heli do tail circles so badly?!

    Cheers

    could be main shaft.

Yup, prob the main shaft, get a video up.

As said, I cant see it being hte flybar, I normally just bend mine back straight'ish all the time.

looks like it could be that then, problem now is took part of the head down, unlocked the top collar and tried to unlock the collar above the main gear, using an allan key, think iv knackered the bolt fitting, now the allan key spins round and doesn't bite, bit clueless how the get it off now, any ideas?

          cheers

Which collar are you refering to, is it the collar below the swash plate or the bolt holding the main gear to the mainshaft ?

the collar that holds the main gear onto the shaft sits just above the main gear

Two sets of pointed nose pliers should do the job, grip the allen key end and undo the nut instead.

If you have the 325se model with alloy head then good chance its that, I crashed mine year back now but took weeks to find it was the head that caused same fault as your explaining
Today's outlook is fine for flying.
