Help with Blade 400

  • Help with Blade 400

    Hello,repaired blade after first outing which included main gear and feathering shaft but now when i push the throttle up it will fire up for about 2 seconds then die pull the stick back and push up again it does the same thing over and over,battery fully charged....any idea`s would be welcome.Cheers

    I've seen you esc thread but keeping things opened minded as you have done a repair, have you made sure that nothing is binding from the crash or a part that has been replaced is maybe binding somehow,

    I'm just thinking this could be over stressing the esc or batt or even the motor?.

      why open another thread. now we know you have had a crash we can look for other reasons.

        still learning helicopter and forums i`m afraid so apologies for that,any idea`s on what may be binding or causing extra load.

          if you crashed and didn't cut the throttle it could have damaged the motor or esc .

            you wont find any thing in the book if you post up what esc it is i am sure someone will post up a link to the manual.

              looked on ESC and it says E-Flite 25 amp heli brushless ESC part no. EFLA325H. anything else to check?

                If nothing is binding i reckon the esc was fried in the crash. you said it went in to a hedge i think, did you cut the throttle? Ive got an align £35 amp on mine and have never looked back. I should just do that mate there cheap enough. I have a spare stock one could have if it helps. I ve never used it but was told it works fine p.m if you need it
