  • RC sim package problem

    Hi all,

I bought the rather good sim package by phoenix but I am having a few problems with setting up my transmitter. Got the cables to go with my transmitter as well.

I have an Esky ET6I and cannot match it to the software. Does anyone know of a good site to get software patches from? The Phoenix site looks good but doesn't appear to have downloads for transmitters.

    Any advice greatly welcomed.

It looks like that transmitter does CCPM mixing, where 3 channels are mixed together for cyclic and collective, rather than being sent seperately.

If it's anything like the older version of that transmitter, there are some small switches inside the battery compartment that will let you turn the mixing off.

Alternatively, Phoenix does have a CCPM decoder in it, but I never got it to work successfully.

You're right, it is the CCPM mixing that is causing me to have nightmares .
I have tried the Phoenix decoder but to no avail. Have just ripped the batteries out of the transmitter and found a couple of switches.

Will let you know how I got on.

      Cheers.
