If it is a 2.4 system then yes you would have binded it using the bind plug. if it is 35mhz then you need to change the crystal in esc over from the old one. But as you are using a DX6I it must be 2.4

Put the bind plug in to any free slot on the esc (a 4in1 unit is it) then turn on, (make sure on the dx6i that you have to correct model selected in the tx) then holding the trainer switch forward power on your DX6I and keep hold of the trainer switch until the binding light on the rx or 4in1 stops flashing and the light stays on then the heli is bound to the tx.

ive never bound a century tx andy but ill take a punt.

if its the same as a eflite tx in the way it works it will bind itself.

                switch off the tx.
connect the helicopter battery the esc lights should blink
make sure the throttle is down and switch on the tx. if it is the same it will go into bind mode for the first ten seconds or so. you should then get a twitch or buzz from the heli and the lights should all be steady. and your done
                ready to fly

like i said its just a punt but worth a try (you may want to hold the heli down by the skids whilst doing this)

have a good look around the tx if there is a button marked bind do the above but hold the button whilst switching on. till you get the twitch
