Even with current NiCd's I'm not convinced that constantly topping up is a good idea, they really do need to be cycled regularly. It's probably one of the main reasons most of the pros have made the switch to Lipos

100% there Phil, when home cycle them for sure but a top up after the 4th 10 min flight is the way I go, or for £6 get another 2400mah 4.8 NiMh pack, don't chance it !Comment
