Out of choice I would go for the Cellpro 4s or better still the 10s for your charger. You will need a power supply to charge from the mains tho as a beginner myself I am no authority. I have a elysium LX60B pro, which will take both mains and field batt and seems to charge my packs just fine. Its about £60 to £70 for this tho im sure there is an equivelent out there n maybe for less.

I personally use 1 Tornado 3s 2200mah pack and a couple of 2200 mah Outrage packs at present on my trex 450, Im guessing these packs should be good for the mini titan also. One batt i can reccomend from seeing the popularity in the club is the revoelectrix 3s 2200 mah. All depends on how much you want to spend and what you intend on doing, if you just want to hover then the "cheapys" from HK will be more than sufficient for your needs. hope this is of some help to you.

Totally agree with easypickingsere......cellpro is the only way ahead 4 or 10s.....I use the 10s as recommended by all the guys at DMHC and most on this forum when I started and never regretted it.....basically you pay for what you get.....

Have to disagree about the Hong Kong packs. l`ve been pasting the hell out of mine for about two years and still using them. Cost less than 1/2 of FPs or TPs and perform much better. That goes for the bigger packs as well.

Would agree with charger comments from above. Cheaper units just badly with build quality they can work out for a start, just luck of draw.

Battery on the other hand new cells coming out are great!! I've used smaller cells from Hyperion G3 25C
              Robot Birds

All i can say is wow..I've over discharged down 2.9volt<<big cell killer, more than once (bench setup) Charged them all the time at 5C. 50+ charges and still as on day one. I fly them till there empty less than 8%.
Use them the way you shouldnt!
So need packs for newbie with cheaper charger. Get hyperion batterys cheap charger then when more into hobbie and or eletric helis get cellpro 10c. Charger may die on you but i'm sure baterys be around for longtime.

BTW pricing is very good for them too

Must admit ive heard good things about these packs funny enough. Never tried them though so dont know how they perform personally. Im with sadsack on Century though lol 'as most round here already know'.
Tosh what type of flying are you doing with them? Will they hold up to hard 3d is the question that people will be thinking?

They hold up fine. Some guys at our club deal with century all the time without problem. l tend to think the Rhinos are better so l mainly now use the other place, again never had a problem but can see all shops get it wrong some times.

ordered parts for T600 and paid EMS/Ins
Shipped part month later only after i emailed 'whats the holdup'
Then parcelforce driver stole package (yes he did)
5/6 months emails/phone calls to parcelforce
Mo wanted to wait till HKpost had checked with Parcelforce Web tracking.
Driver had signed for it so they where happy it had been shipped.
Parcelforce had told them it had been stolen! And that if he made a claim to them They would pay but did he ! No just kept quote HK post.
He could even make claim today but has stopped replying to emails longtime ago. I didn't want the money just parts so would have mademoremoney.
So while i had paid for Ins/ems i should have been covered i wasn't.
I did get paid by parcelforce but only for hassle only..£100
but had implied it was £200 of goods. But have lost time and money on calls to guy@parcelforce mobile. Ring every 2 days twice a day. Be biggest pain you can be and never swear and just repeat every detail

Sounds like a nightmare, dont blame you for not using them agian. l`ve had one or two lets say less than good experiences with UK shops that l wont use again but they have top reputations. l think its all down to luck where ever we shop.
