Fixing Muscle pipe to OS50

How do you folks fix it - do you use a gasket/silicon?
Should I use nyloc nuts (guess they might melt) or loctite the normal ones?

My pipe has no gasket, just a smear of 5 minute epoxy and some nylocs. It doesn't get that hot (The nylocs I use are rated to 200 deg C)

No gaskit/silicon - just fit it, use the little spring washers tat come with it, that's all it needs.

no gasket. on the 90 size ones i epoxy the pipe to header bolts and the mating face and use nylocks.
