  • Happy now ! :)

Ive just decied my Twister CP V2 is the b'lox.......

My first heli and just got it out of the box and went for it, i should have gone through the propper setups and learning curve, but i wanted to fly...

I had a few flights up and down the garden and was quite happy, then i had a few crashes by being tooo clever, flying in too much wind, flying in the dark twice and then next flying indoors too close to a metal chair. the batts seemed to only last a min or two and in frustration crashed again and again... :/

Ive had 2 new sets of blades( wood), a new tail rotor, tail gear and shaft, vertical fin, a new main shaft, a new blade grip, a gear set for one servo and a new main frame and boom set.

I rebuilt after breaking the frame, put the new blade grip in, set the swash up level, adjusted the pitch loads to get it at zero when it should be, balanced the new blades as good as i can get, got the motor gear adjusted a bit looser than it was and just went outside for another go....

It flew brilliantly, solid hover tail in for the whole battery which seemed to last forever, no glitches with the aerial round the landing gear instead of the boom, as it started to get dark the batt went down and its all packed up in the box for tomorrow.....

I take it all back, Helis are cool...
