I concur that it's a genuine T-rex 450X, but the 450X has been discontinued for quite some time now. Gyro, servos and radio are OK (I think), lipos and charger depend what they are.

If I were you I'd get my money back, if you can. You can buy a NEW Blade 400 RTF with DX6i, charger, etc for about £250!

hi i had one of the very early t-rex's from ebay b4 they were sold in europe and mine had the grey plastic mainframe like that one on the pic with a white canopy it could be one of them but it looks like a walkera to me wich is a copy and does'nt fly as good. but id say the seller got a result as that was top $$$$$$. anyway you own it now and i hope it flies well and you enjoy it.

So I can get a new one from Midland helicopters for £98.00? With all the electrics, charger, Lipo's, Radio & postage etc? Forgive my ignorance but it sounds to good to be true!
well no obviously, thats a new one with motor, esc and blades, you will still need servos, rx, battery and charger

but I would try and get a second hand trex 450 v2 if possible, or even an older 450s/se v1, both should be better than the 450x

If you look at all the ones that come up on ebay they're making £200 quid or so, most of them come without lipo's charger etc, all of a sudden I've spent between 3 & 4 hundred on something that I'm not taking that seriously.
As I said in a previous thread when I asked about buying one, this is not intended to be my main heli, I just want something that can live in the boot of my car that I can whip out at lunchtimes or in the back garden and spank round from time to time. When I want to fly for real and I've got the time & space it's gonna be my Raptor every time. But bearing in mind I can get £50 - £60 quid back for the radio it'll stand me in £150, which isnt the end of the world for me.

It looks like a V1 trex.

...'just read the rest of the thread and has already been indentified. The main thing is that it's in good shape, flies well etc. It has a good Gyro and otherwise seems capable.

Hey I have a heli that's over 20 years old! ('can't really fly it in the back garden though, it takes up half the garden)
