If it is a new plug in there already and judging by your previous posts on setting up the carb, my thoughts are that it is a fuel mixture problem rather than a plug one. Sure the plug you have in there now might have gone, but if it has, it will have done so prematurely, which is usually caused by a poorly setup engine.

From this point it is best to replace the plug with a new one, and look at the engine tuning with a new plug installed, that way you can tune the engine more accurately.

            Cheers,
            Pete.

Cheers Raptorite. What's the best way to tune an engine? (noobie here)
              Start from scratch?

Well just read that manual on this site about glow plugs. As I said I have a O.S 32 Max and after reading all about the glow ratings there is a section that said " A5 for all O.S engines." im only running a A3 with 20%Nitro fuel, so could this be my on going problem with a naff idle and hot running engine?

you need either an OS #8 or an enya 3.

A new OS8 and one and a half turns on the main needle should get it to run and stay running as long as there are no fuel line problems, idle screw should be halfway through travel range to begin with

i had this problem once a long while ago, what happens is the plug partially goes. Number of things as detailed above can cause this, however I found the cuase on mine to be a coked up engine (full of carbon), which everytime i put a new plug in just blew it again. Good old decoke and it was fine.
