  • The REALLY basic intro to R/c Helis for newbies

    Hi everyone

I have also posted this in the setup forum, but felt it would be appropriate due to it's content to also post it here in the "Beginners" forum.

In my travels around the forums I frequent, I have noticed that one of the tutorials that is missing from the selections available is one that starts right at day one of heli ownership, and explains what all the bits and bobs are, the terms we all use without thinking about it, and how to be SAFE when working on or flying a heli.

So, I have now completed my first pass at such a document to go with my various other tutorials.

    Download the PDF HERE.....

I would be really grateful if other members of the forum could have a look through this and provide me with feedback and critique on it ?

It is designed and aimed directly at the newbie who has just bought or received his first ever heli, and simply hasn't got a clue what to do next.........

Hopefully it will help them to move forward successfully and safely.

    Thanks everyone...........
    Ian

would be better if you just posted it in one single place, double posting in forums is generally not a great idea.

I had a very brief read through and it all looks ok to me
      Well done

I think its better to leave this in beginners rather than setup advice.
