How does this compare with the Revlock and the new Curtis Active governor?

futaba makes the GV-1 which is damn expensive and slow by todays standards.

model avionics make verious gizmos ones a gov (throttle jockey pro) ones a limiter (rev-max). I dont rate the rev-max at all the limiter phylosophy just doesnt work and everybody ends up running it at 100% throttle which forces it to govern.

the throttle jockey pro (TJ pro) works well but has some weird setup stuff going on and you need a tach to set the speed as it doesnt indicate.

for me the rev-lock currently does the best job. It has LEDs that tell you the speed its set for and due to the way the sensor is layed out and the phase lock loop style of control its very very quick to respond. It also still listens to the throttle from the tx which means it sees the load coming and responds to it rather than waiting for the rpm to drop then opening the throttle.

the downside is that it is a little intollerant to bad setup and engine tuning.
