just bought a futaba ff9 for 60 quid, with one switch knocked off and a bit of cosmetic damage like little scratches and roughing up of the paint, nothing major, does anyone think this is a decent buy? looked at other ones on ebay etc they at least 140-150 ish..

Sounds cheap enough to me, I sold a pretty scrappy one one on ebay last year for £161, I still had the box and instructions though so that may have pushed it up a bit. I'm fairly sure that you can buy replacement switches and with a little knowledge a steady hand and a decent soldering iron it's not the hardest job in the world to sort out. Cosmeticaly they all tend to get shabby fairly quickly, mainly because Futaba with all their wisdom havent managed to make a fuel proof chrome paint yet!Guy

yeah thought so myself, 60 couldn't fall off really, everything works, just cosmetics, gettin switch sorted for a few quid. Iv got a raptor 30v2 now so was told that id need a decent transmitter, can't afford anything new in the ff9 class, so hopefully this will do the trick.
